The NACC Personal Support Worker DE 2022 Program is approved by the Ministry of Colleges, Universities, Research Excellence and Security and follows the National Association of Career Colleges (NACC) curriculum standards.
The NACC Personal Support Worker (PSW) Certificate Program prepares students to provide compassionate care and support to individuals experiencing the effects of aging, illness, injury, disability, or cognitive impairment.
Students develop the knowledge, practical skills, and professional competencies required to work in long-term care homes, hospitals, retirement residences, community agencies, and home care settings.
This ministry-approved program combines online instructor-led learning, practical training, and supervised clinical placements to prepare graduates for employment in Ontario’s healthcare sector.Additionally, it includes practical components like clinical placements and simulations to prepare students for real-world scenarios.
